Mindfulness is the ability to connect to the stillness of the present moment, but more importantly connecting to oneself. In order to connect to ourselves we need more opportunities that facilitate detachment from the autopilot mode we often find ourselves in. b. mindful massage is committed to providing the ability to step away from our rushed lifestyles and support a mindful connection to ourselves by listening to our needs through the power of massage.
My name is Brianna McInnes, and I am a licensed massage therapist. I graduated from SpaTech Institute in Westborough MA in 2024 where I developed an expertise in therapeutic massage including deep tissue and Swedish massage. As the owner and founder of b. mindful massage, I am committed to providing clients with a clean and relaxing environment that will promote mindfulness and allow clients to recharge from the stress of day-to-day life. Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent a decade as a care coordinator which nurtured my passion for helping others find holistic healing. While working as a care coordinator, I attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell where I studied Mathematics.
With a Bachelor of Science, I have developed an interest in science which allowed me to become highly knowledgeable in the anatomy and muscles of the body. This allows me to focus on trigger points in particular muscles that need relief from injury or activities of daily life ensuring a targeted and healing massage for each of my clients.
